Do you like to support people and help them out at home? Support at Home After Hospital is a completely free service to anyone who lives alone and is due to be discharged from hospital.

Our wonderful Support at Home After Hospital volunteers provide social and practical support by visiting people in their own homes. You can offer support by collecting shopping, having a chat or helping with small practical tasks. 

We provide our volunteers with full training and ongoing support to enable them to make a real difference to local older people in their community.
