Information, advice and guidance service

Call us: 01903 528610Contact us onlineEmail us

At Guild Care, we understand the importance of having access to reliable and confidential advice and guidance. Our information, advice and guidance (IAG) service is here to support people in the local area. It’s free, impartial, and entirely confidential.

Who is this service for?

Our team can help to assist people of pension age, people living with dementia, children and adults with learning disabilities, carers and those supporting vulnerable people.

Support for people of Pension Age

Our team can help you with:

  • Attendance Allowance and Pension Credit applications
  • Blue Badge applications
  • Benefits checks
  • General information and advice, including signposting to other services

Support for people with Learning Disabilities

We also support children and adults with learning disabilities, along with their families and carers. We are well connected to other community services, and if we cannot help directly, we will guide people to the right place.

Tailored to meet your needs

Our primary goal is to cater to your specific requirements. We know that each person’s situation is unique, and our IAG service is flexible and adaptable.

How we can assist you
