What does Learning and Development mean for Guild Care?

At Guild Care we focus on continuous and inclusive learning. This starts with onboarding and continues throughout an individual’s career. We recognise that the ability to learn through day-to-day experiences, as well as formal programs, is vital to our ability to perform in today’s rapidly changing environment. Our Trainers support development journeys, including the identification of opportunities to stretch and grow. An innovative example of this is Guild Care’s Leadership Development Programme.

“Invested in people: Some of our carers have been with us for over 30 years, giving our residents a strong sense of stability and continuity and reinforcing the feeling that they’re part of a loving family. Guild Care is about people. Investing in our people ensures they always have the most up to date training, access to the latest technology and a desire for continuous improvement, so they can provide the best possible care”.

Leanne Jones, HR Director
