Sean Duffy - Finance Director

Sean has been with Guild Care since 2011, progressing through various roles within the finance team. Starting as Purchasing Officer, he advanced to Senior Payroll Officer and later became Head of Finance. Most recently, Sean was appointed Finance Director.

Passionate about the charity sector, Sean values the impact Guild Care has on the local community. Drawing on his extensive experience, he is committed to ensuring the organisation continues providing essential support to those who need it most.

Outside of work, Sean is married with two daughters and coaches his eldest daughter’s football team. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf.
