Monika Wadey - Director of Learning Disabilities Monika Wadey became Director of Learning Disabilities Services at Guild Care in 2026, bringing extensive leadership experience across social care. Starting her career providing learning disability support within a not-for-profit organisation, she progressed through operational management roles over more than a decade, leading development of Supported Living Services and delivering BILD‑accredited Positive Behaviour Support training. She later broadened her impact through senior operational roles within the homelessness sector before joining Guild Care. Monika is committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred, outcomes‑focused support that enables people with learning disabilities to thrive. A proud West Sussex resident, she is dedicated to strengthening local provision, including formal partnerships within Worthing and Adur Connects, a collaboration of four local charities working to enhance opportunities for people with learning disabilities.
