A lifelong performer and lover of music, Mo has found a kindred spirit in one of her carers. “She loves music as much as I do,” she said. “When she comes, she’ll say, ‘What music are we having today, Mo?’ and we’ll put on Queen or whatever we fancy. We have a little sing while she’s working. It’s very friendly, not at all starchy. I count myself extremely fortunate.”

Mo’s son Les has witnessed the difference the care has made first-hand. “Once we changed to Guild Care there was a million times improvement in care,” he explained. “Mum has the most complex care plan they’ve probably ever had, but whatever happens, Guild Care always finds a way through it. Everything is documented. They’re a great team and they do so much.”
