Do you love being on the road and handling heavy objects? Guild Care is looking for strong, fit volunteers to help drivers move furniture.

As a Driver’s Mate, you will help our collection drivers with the handling of furniture, loading and unloading vans, and other general assistance. These items will be distributed to our charity shops, and funds raised will go towards running community services in Worthing.

For this role, you must be at least 18 years old and able to lift furniture safely. You will not be required to drive, although we also need Retail Van Drivers to help with this service.
