For over 90 years, Guild Care has been supporting our local community. Each year, we support over 3000 people in need.

Today, at our new Community Campus, we offer a wide range of dementia support services, day services for people with learning disabilities, and activities for older people.

At the heart of our charity, is a commitment to create a genuine sense of belonging for the people we support and their loved ones, at every stage of their journey with us.
